چکیده

Abstract This study was carried out in the laboratory of Shangqiu Institute Technology, Henan to investigate effect a different combination inorganic salt on quality and physiological characteristics cut flowers (CFs) Perpetual Carnation. Furthermore, find best preservation solution that can enhance ornamental value CFs Carnation prolong its vase life. Sucrose, 8-hydroxyquinoline, paclobutrazol, salicylic acid kinds salts were added as solution. And same amount distilled water used control. The effects these various morphological including life, changes flower stems, fresh weight (FW) balance contents malondialdehyde (MDA), cell membrane permeability proline carnation investigated. placed with showed significant morphology compared diameter (FD), FW, an increasing trend first then decreasing. observed downward trend. However, FD, malondialdehyde, FW held preservative containing increased than contained sucrose 3% + 8-hydroxyquinoline (8-HQ) (200 mg·L‾1) paclobutrazol (100 (SA) (25 CaCl2 has longevity (34 days), FD CFs. improved
